Terms of Use
The short version: you're welcome to look around and try the demo. The software, design and code belong to Sell More Accessories, so please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer them. Dealers own their own sales data.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
"Sell More Accessories," "we" and "us" mean the operator of sellmoreaccessories.com. These terms apply to this website, the demo store, every dealer catalog and admin page we host (for example, store.sellmoreaccessories.com), and the related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you're using it for a dealership, you confirm you're allowed to accept them for that business.
2. Ownership
The Service, including its software, source code, page designs, layouts, text, graphics, the methods used to read sell sheets and build catalogs, the dashboards, and the name and logo "Sell More Accessories," is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Using the Service doesn't transfer any ownership to you.
3. What you may not do
Unless we agree in writing, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or create a similar product from the Service's code, design, layout or features
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to get at the Service's source code or server files
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-download catalogs, prices, images or other content
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or let anyone outside your dealership use your access
- Share logins or PINs outside the people they were issued to
- Try to get around logins, PINs, lockouts or other security, or test the Service for weaknesses without our written permission
- Use the Service to break the law or to send spam or harmful code
4. The demo store
The demo store uses sample data that is made up and reset regularly. It's provided so dealers can evaluate the Service. Don't enter real customer information in it. The restrictions in section 3 apply to the demo too.
5. Dealer subscriptions
Dealers who subscribe get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for their own stores during their subscription. Fees, setup and billing are covered by the order or invoice we agree on. You can cancel at the end of any billing period. We may suspend access if fees go unpaid or these terms are broken.
6. Your data
Your dealership owns the sales, waiver, customer-name, stock-number and team information your staff enter ("Dealer Data"). You give us permission to store and process it only to run, back up and support the Service. We don't sell Dealer Data. When a subscription ends we'll provide an export on request for 30 days, then may delete it. You're responsible for having the right to enter any customer information you put into the Service.
7. Prices and catalog content
Catalogs are built from the sell sheets you provide. We work to load them accurately, but you're responsible for reviewing your prices and for the prices you quote to customers. Accessory names and images may come from the manufacturer's materials provided to your dealership.
8. Trademarks
Sell More Accessories isn't affiliated with or endorsed by American Honda Motor Co., Inc. or any other manufacturer. Honda and other brand names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify compatible vehicles and accessories.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate (including the calculator on this site) reflects results you'll get.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
